Crush every interview
this will blow them away
If you're interviewing for an AE role and they ask for a 30/60/90, you've got to include a prospecting plan, often called a territory plan as well.
They want to get a feel for your thought process, and in particular want to get a read on your ability to think strategically.
You should include:
The accounts you're going to target and why you chose them
How you're going to lead the collaborate with your internal account team as a unit, and individually with Field Marketing, Sales Dev, and your SE if you're blessed to have one
How you're going to orchestrate the outreach, and in particular who contacts who at each account (ie you going top down and reaching out to VPs while the BDR goes bottom up reaching out to Managers and Directors)
There's more you could add in there, but the important part is being able to explain the "why" for everything, especially the account prioritization.
You don't have to have the right answers, but you have to demonstrate some sound strategic thinking behind your decisions.
