Hack to get right before a call
For me, during the course of my career, pre-call jitters have run the gamut from light excitement to full on panic attacks.
90% of the time, in the 5-10 minutes leading up to a call, you'll find me banging out a tune on an old guitar that I bought for $80 twenty five years ago.
Engaging that part of the brain really puts the fire out for me.
If you struggle with managing your adrenaline before a big call, consider making music, creating art, or something similar to bring you back into your body.
It helps.
